welding

Welding is a fabrication process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool, causing fusion. Welding is distinct from lower temperature techniques such as brazing and soldering, which do not melt the base metal (parent metal).

Mig Welding

Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a continuous solid wire electrode heated and fed into the weld pool from a welding gun. The two base materials are melted together forming a join. The gun feeds a shielding gas alongside the electrode helping protect the weld pool from airborne contaminants.

In Mig Welding we are specialist for Aluminium MIG welding.

stud welding

Stud welding refers to the joining of circular-shaped parts (studs) with flat workpieces by means of a welding arc and the application of a pressing force. The zones are joined in the liquid state of the welding zone. No filler material is used.

Arc welding is a type of welding process using an electric arc to create heat to melt and join metals. A power supply creates an electric arc between a consumable or non-consumable electrode and the base material using either direct (DC) or alternating (AC) currents.

projection/spot welding

Spot welding (or resistance spot welding) is a type of electric resistance welding used to weld various sheet metal products, through a process in which contacting metal surface points are joined by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current.

Tig welding

TIG welding is a technique that joins metal parts using a tungsten electrode. An inert gas (usually argon) shields the electrode and the workpiece to prevent oxidation. The electrode and workpiece produce a high-temperature arc that melts the metal, forming a weld pool. The manually introduced filler material can reinforce the joint.
